    just to add fuel to the fire, we have 3 carrera road bikes on display, 2 large and medium. all 3 are different sizes. fun fun fun fun.

    I had the carrera tdf bike and got a refund with no problems.
    Bike was a large frame and checked for size by staff.
    It was tiny and nowhere near a large bike.
    This equivalent to a large bike because of the sloping frame just looks wrong.
    Giant bikes are as per frame sticker.
    3 for 2 at halfords was good and items were web price matched.
    Free computer was the result.

    This reminds me of that time I decided to do a marathon and bought some running shoes from SportsDirect without trying them on first. I started a thread on RunRadar to slag off the clueless cretins for selling me the wrong size shoes before eventually just sorting the matter out and getting a refund based on the fact that they were unfit for purpose. I can't believe the idiots - I'll never buy from them again.
