There isn't one. Best thing to do is draw a shortlist up of bikes that you like the look of (or have good reviews) and test them.0

How can you say the Yeti 66 is the best? I'm guessing you haven't ridden one but have just seen all the hype in magazines.
Different people will like different bikes try some & see what you like. For me it would be the Giant Reign XTransition Patrol - viewtopic.php?f=10017&t=130702350 -
Actually i have, was at one planet when the yeti rep was there with one and somehow was allowed to try it in the car park. So in a way your right i have not ridden it how it should be, but still one of the plushest bikes i've had a quick spin on.2008 Kona Dawg Deluxe http://s1187.photobucket.com/albums/z39 ... luxe%2008/

even a URT with Reebok written on the side will feel plush in a carpark
I'm of the opinion that bike design has come so far, that few companies produce lame ducks anymore. They're all very decent at what they do, you just have to work out which one suits your idiosyncracies. The 46 is on the XC side of things and is a very good bike.0 -

Patriot is better than the Orange Mondeo if you want a all mountain bike rather than a trail bike.Transition Patrol - viewtopic.php?f=10017&t=130702350
