Too early to say about the wheels and tyres but I wasn't amazed on the first couple of rides. The wheels are stiff and so the whole package gives quite a harsh ride. I'll get back to you after a long ride tomorrow. Running force/attack before which are my favorites.
The original TCR (as used by the ONCE team) was a class frame. I particularly liked the search for two little gromits needed to edge the bottle cage on the seat tube away from the tube a little.
