thats not a particularly good trailer but i am very much looking forward to seing the new film.

i think these current films are absolutely brilliant, i wonder if batman's inventor had intended for him to be such a dark character?

I'm pretty sure the old comics were really dark! I read a couple whilst at uni (there's a great comic book store in Leeds) and remembered them being really dark compared to the 80's Batman TV Program. I think these films show the darkness brilliantly.

i have mixed thoughts about this

there are so many spoilers online at the moment, and some of whats been shown im not sure about (i wont discuss them here in case i ruin anything)

Nolan did such a good job with the first two, and Inception was immense, so i trust him to do a good job, but Raimi did a good job with Spiderman, espeically no2 which was brilliant, but the 3rd was very dissapointing, so i hope he doesnt fall into the same trap

there are a lot of characters in the 3rd film, whereas the last two only really had one main villian, which is the same problem Spiderman 3 had

there is alos a pivotal character in the Batman universe (Bane) appearing in this film, and the way Nolan treats him will have a massive impact on whether fans like the film or not. Simiarly, Spiderman 3 had the same in Venom, and the less said about that, the better...

that said, i cant wait

Saw a trailer for it the other night in the cinema, can't wait for it to come out. Just hope it's as good as the first two have been.
