Fork crown hitting frame

Hi
I just bought a intense 5.5 frame size small as my mojo frame was damaged.
The problem i am having at the moment is the crown from the forks (fox 36s) are hitting the frame. They is only just managing to touch the frame.
The headset is the on one smoothie regular which is designed to stop this problem however it is still just managing to touch.
Is there anything i can do stop this problem? Perhaps something to go under the crown race just to drop it down slightly?
Cheers

pics?
you did get the right one as there seems to be two versions. one normal and a +5mm version."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."

Hi
The version i have is the one with +5mm. I tried to link some photos but cant seem to get it to work.
I have discovered that if i take the talas adjuster dial off then it just clears the frame. A friend said you can get low profile adjusters that you can only use a screwdriver on, does anyone know where from?
Seems alot cheaper than getting a new fork!
