Aero Bars don't fit my handlebars...

Hi There,
Just wondered if anyone knew of anywhere to purchase some aero bars that cater for the over-oversized range of handlebars. It seems that the general 31.8mm or so is still too small for mine (which are 35mm approx! - i have a Felt Z100)
it would be nice to find out that i dont need to buy new handlebars too.

What make and model are your handlebars ? I've not heard of an over oversized bar ?0
