    As Ergon's observer, I would like to extend our heart-felt sympathy for your misfortune! The GC2 is a good product, and rarely misbehaves in my experience! I have never got into a flight with one though!

    All joking aside, sorry to hear about this. The 'failing to clip out' moment happens to us all now and then & I have been on clipless pedals for 17 years! :shock:

    The GC2 has been updated for 2012. It will be a composite bar-end, with a rubberized non-slip grip. It is on our website, and a little less 'aggressive' :wink:
