Electrolyte and Protein Powders Through Customs?

Hi Chaps,

Flying out to the Pyrenees tomorrow with 2 tubs of aforementioned products, just wondering if anyone has ever had problems with customs etc, as I have never travelled with 3KGs of white powder in my hold luggage before (and anyone who says different is lying) I just don't wanna get to the airport and hear the snap of the customs officers rubber gloves (again anyone who says I secretly do is lying also).

    Don't put it in your handluggage. The sniffer dogs won't detect anything untoward. If you're lucky.

    I hope they don't pull you in.

    There's a national shortage of lubricating jelly.

    i can't see why they'll stop you. As long as you dont wrap it in brick sized containers covered in brown tape.

    You should be fine, especially since it will be within the EU you're traveling to. Had you come from outside the EU, it would be a tighter, but I couldn't even imagine then that you would have problems.

    don't travel with it in tubs. put it into condoms and swallow them. you might need to get whoever you're travelling with to swallow some too if you really want to take 3kg with you. failing that, just put it in their bag when they aren't watching.
