Hi I have just turned 17 and im attending my first proper race on saturday. What sort of food should i eat for breakfast and before the race? also has anyone got any tips

What you'd usually eat, don't try anything new your stomach may not like it. The night before eat a large portion of a pasta with tomato sauce and chicken breast (only an example) avoid anything with high quantities of fat. NB during the race make sure you consume food, again don't try anything new. Just have what you'd have when you normally ride. And drink lots!0
