Brake pads advice

Sorry if this is a bit of a numpty question but I've got a focus mare CX 2010 bike and noticed the brake pads a bit worn not sure what pads the originals were, can I just buy any pads or are there spercific pads for road /Cyclocross, been looking at some Swiss stop flash pads

    Swiss stop or Koolstop are excellent and much better than OE pads. It is almost certain that you will need 'Shimano' shape pads but check with your Focus dealer.
