Hi, after many miles ive worn out my old pace stainless steel chainrings on a shimmano 5 bolt crank. Anyone any idears where i can get some repacement ones ? Have seen some Surly ones but they say there mainly for single speed. Anyone used them on a 3 ring crank? The only other opion i have seen is Middleburn alloy ones .

At the price of a set of chainrings you might be better off with one of these. Should come with a new BB as well although it doesn't state it.

Well you could go for one of these in that case:

Road crank which I think comes with a BB as per the suggestion above but might be worth checking - they have BB's at good prices for them if needed.Closet jockey wheel pimp whore.0 -

If your mainly on road, consider going single ring at the front anyway.......
