Buying a full bike from USA?

Hi all, does anyone have experience of buying a full bike from the USA? In particular of import duties and/or VAT: how much they are, how they are charged, etc.?

Bike add 15% import duty add the shipping cost add the VAT add the handling charge.

and you will need to swap the brakes over and will not have any warranty other than with the seller.
