Bike: Lapierre Spicy 516 2009 model. Fox 36 Forks (Talas IIRC)
I haven't covered many miles, but the forks feel dry and anything but plush. Can you lube the stanchions? Evans Cycles told me in no uncertain terms not to.....

Thanks
I'd already looked at that but couldn't see the information I was after. Maybe my brain isn't functioning well enough today yet...0 -
look at the seal and oil change part for the 36 forks."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."

Turn the bike upside day and leave overnight...any Fox Fluid in the system will get to the foam rings and lube them...never worked on a set of 36s before but the 32s seal is a right bottom to remove without removing paint on the lower leg...comes off but not without leaving a mark - obviously a clear sign that the seal is on nice and tight (as it should be)...but be very careful when removing the seal...The Quest for Singletrack is Endless...0

The pinkbike guide seems quite intrusive. What are the thoughts on products like fork juice etc?0
