Verenti 0.3 or Planet x nanolight

I'm thinking or buying my first carbon bike and was wondering if anyone has any experience of either of these?

The Rhigos 0.3 is £999 with mainly a rival groupset, the Nanolight is £1299 with mainly a force groupset.

The nanolight would be top end of my budget but I'm wondering if the extra money is worth it, conversely the Verenti Rhigos would leave me some spare for upgrades if needed in the future.
As a rider I mainly do sportives and do sunday club runs, no racing just longer rides.

Any opinions on either welcome?

I have a PX Nanolight with Campag Athena and this is my first carbon bike. I've ridden about 600 miles on it in the last couple of months and I have to say I am very impressed. I did quite a lot of research (including a visit to the PX showroom in Rotherham) before taking the plunge. I should say that I'm no racing snake (90kg and 6 foot) and I was a little apprehensive about whether I might be too heavy for the frame but apparently not.
Things I like about the bike:
      - It's really light which means it seems to go well up hills (even with me on it!) - I could custom spec the build (I put my own Fulcrum R3 wheels on rather than taking the stock Aksiums which were on the original spec - PX were great to deal with - good advice in the showroom and good response to emails etc. As I took my own wheels down for the build, I sat and chatted with the mechanics as they built the bike up. - I got a well specced bike for about £1000 less than some of the more well known brands (I was also looking at WiIier and Bianchi). - I like the look of the Nanolight and the fact that you don't see a lot of them about (it's all Cannondales, Specialized and Trek round here)
I found lots of comments on t'internet about PX frames being "flexy" but tbh I haven't noticed the frame being any less stiff than my old alu/carbon Bianchi (although I doubt if I am a good enough cyclist to notice anyway).

    Hope that helps!

Cheers for that, it's just the kind info I was after.Out of interest what size did you go for. I'm 5' 11 and seem to be falling between a medium and large?
  • watch out for a very long wait though with planet x, but it'll be well worth it!

Having spoken to the guys in the showroom I got the "L" which is fine for me. If you can get to one of their physical locations you could always try a couple of frames for size or if not, email or call them - as I said I found them very helpful.
