Hello,
Can anyone advise, looking for a good mountain bike, just for casual rides, nothing too dramatic. Have seen the Apollo Paradox with full suspension selling at Halfords for £ 230.00, reduced from £400.00. It seems to have nice parts on it, comes with full suspension, front and rear disc brakes, shimano gearing, weighs 18 kg on a 22" frame. Want to buy it, but people keep saying, make sure if you have full suspension, spend £400.00 plus. I think, this is a nice bike for all I need it for ! Thoughts and opinions anyone ?

For that money the Carrera Vulcan or Decathlon rockrider 5.2 would be better, lighter and with 8 speed transmission.
I would say forget about full suspension at that price, it won't be a pleasant ride.0 -
