buying wheels

im looking to upgrade my wheels to either shimano rs80s or fulcrum 3s ,
might sound stupid but are all road wheels the same or will i need to buy the wheels plus extras or can i take the cassette and rear hub etc off my old wheels .
sorry if this is a stupid question but i dont want to buy some wheels off somewhere like ebay then have to spend a fortune on extras .

You can use the tyres, tubes and cassette from your old wheels. Some wheels may require rim tape.
