Dose anyone know where I can find a list of official hill climb courses (like the cycling timetrial courses) in the UK?
Are hill climbs usually organised under RTTC or BC rules/regs?
Is there a list of course records too?
I seem to have searched everywhere (though obviously I haven't

They are listed on the CTT site with all the rest of the TT courses. They are at the end of the district lists. You can filter by district.
