Can I get QR15 fork to fit a QR9 wheel

Want to upgrade the fork on my old mountain bike as the current one is so stiff it may as well be a solid fork. Want to upgrade so I can lend it to friends to try some mountain biking to see if hey enjoy it and current fork is too harsh. So I don't want to spend too much, seen some good value on some second hand forks with QR15, just wondering if I can get these to fit my standard wheel with some off the shelf spacers so that it's safe to use.

to answer your question. No.
But as above. but I bet the answer will be the same."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."

Cheers for quick reply, don't want to convert hubs, will just wait for the right priced QR9 fork to come up. No rush as I don't use that bike myself anymore.MTB HardTail: GT Aggressor XC2 '09

It's not hard to do if you have the right hub, sometimes just a matter of a few spacers..."Orbea, Bianchi, Ridley, Van Nicholas, Planet X, Niner. My Euro-bike menagerie was going well up to the last 2..."0
