does anybody consume Soreen here before a ride ?

62 grams of carb per 100 grams, you reckon the guy who created it was a cyclist ?
sure beats the hell out of eating barf-tastic dates to get your carbs.0 -
I'm going to have to try some of these spreads on top. Doing a big ride tomoz and i think i'll start with the nutella. Mmmmm!!!0

I take two or three half-inch-thick slices (in individual sandwich bags to avoid them congealing into one large, sticky mass!) and pop them in the back pocket on the cycling top. Along with a couple of bottles of water (and perhaps a couple of Lucozade glucose tablets) it's been perfect for those 50+ milers. I've never yet had to stop for food anywhere. I discovered Soreen a few years back whilst mountain biking - it's perfect, usable energy!
I'm a huge Marmite fan, but I must admit, the combination is one I never would have thought of.0 -
oh jeez pass the sick bucket, disgusting stuff!! I don't know how anyone can eat this $hit ....0

Amazing, I've always liked malt loaf but never knew it was such a good food for cycling and how many carbs it contained. Only recently got into road biking so definitely gonna carry some of this stuff with me on my rides now. Gotta have a light spread of low fat margarine on there thoCanyon Ultimate CF SL 9.00

Soreen is good.
As an added and amusing bonus to it's nutritional brilliance, did everyone realise that it is possible to make an extremely realistic and authentic looking turd from an amount of Soreen?
