Ride and shine Maggots!
Alright sweethearts, what you waiting for? Breakfast in bed? Another glorious day in the Crud! A day in the Crud is like a day in the farm. Every meal is a banquet! Every paycheck a fortune, every formation a parade! Man I love the Crud!
Up at 4, off to Surrey today.
Just had crumpets for breakfast, loading the car up and out of the door very soon
Also have to pop into Gatwick today to collect my mate who's returning from Canada.
So mileage wise a very busy day for me..
Back in the home office on Thursday... :¬P

Mornin' Plugs and Sockets,
Another day in paradise.
I just bought me a new welder for home. Suh-weet.

Morning cruddy types
I'm supposed to be at work right now. I'm not. I'm also planning on leaving early later so I can head to Cannock.

Polo's and holes,
Feel like i had a proper upper body work out last night getting the tyres swapped over on my wheels, Going tubeless is great but it makes it a pain in the Aris to keep swapping from race tyres to every day tyres, especially when you dont have a compressor! Grrr Oh well the track pump and I are getting the hang of it.
Found a Big MoFo spider in the shower this morning, (see Facebook) I'm not scared of spiders but this thing was HUGE! and it seemed pretty relaxed being put in the pint glass.
Off out riding tonight somewhere new to me, so looking forward to that. always nice to be led and not lead every now and then
Anywhooo time for porridge0 -
Morning spunkers!
Just woke up with stiff legs and sore feet after yesterdays half marathon, having to wait around this morning for someone to come fix the windows on my house and then off to the tip to get rid of a load of junk. Hopefully i'll get out for an hour on the bike this afternoon to loosen up the legs.
Now going to make myself a Bacon, Halloumi & Lettice sandwich for breakfast+ 1001 posts reset by the cruel cruel moderators!

Afternoon
10 1/2 hours sleep lastnight and I'm still farked what's that all about? Just about to start my shift but its like a ghost town as half the workforce is ether on holiday or sick. Hopefully evans will ring today to ok the warranty work on my back wheel as having no bike is just horrible :-(
anyway laters nuggetsWhat if your dreams and fears existed in the same place? What if to get to heaven, you had to brave hell? What if everything you've ever wanted cost you everything you've ever achieved? Would you still go there?0 -

Morning all. Not a lot happening today in The Land Of Meh aka work which is just as well as I don't feel like doing much after last night's trans-Chase epic.
Had to put the lights on *groan*
And it rained

Tired, stayed up a bit late to watch Concrete Circus. How good was that?
By the time I got to bed Anxiety and his best pal Insomnia had decided to join me. I stressed for about half an hour and then dosed myself into unconsciousness with valerian tea.
Today is workmeh, then tidying up the bombsite that is my house as THP is coming round tomorrow night to help me bake a cake.
Better get on I suppose
kisses

and foxc - bake a cake, yeah right0 -
Just got up half an hour ago as I had to answer the door for the postie, otherwise I would have stayed in bed for a bit. Not missing work one little bit
A half day of debauchery in Central London is on the cards so I probbably won't be posting much for the rest of the day as I don't usually post when I'm pi$$ed in case I say something even more stoopid than usual..."I spent most of my money on birds, booze and fast cars: the rest of it I just squandered." Morning!
I'm a bit droopy eyed this morning as a text woke me up last night on this old skool phone at 1:30am (I've dropped my Desire HD, the screen is narked and would cost £160 if it weren't for insurance!)
Concrete Circus was a-maze-ing. I'm now looking at skateboards online
Minion has made me tea, and I have shortbread to go with it. Win.
In a bit, y'allIt takes as much courage to have tried and failed as it does to have tried and succeeded.

Good Morning Freaks!
Day off today, not sure what to do, but it will involve vast amounts of chaos (and probably Lego).
Had my 6 month check up this morning - everything seems to be fine. My target HbA1c is 7.5, my actual is 7.1 so I need to eat more cake/chocolate/sugar.0 -

lucky man! Say hi to it from me
today I've moved out of my luxury appartment in the centre if Amsterdam and am now sleeping in a shed, in a campsite that seems to be inhabited by cheese eating surrender monkeys
I have a dilema too, I've got enough cash on me to see me comfortably through to Thursday when I fly back, but I need 100 euro deposit to hire a bike. If I take that out the bank I'm left with a wad of cash ii don't need and not really anywhere to spend it
anyway, it's ten mins walk to the naturist lake, I'm off for a perv on leathery old mingeflaps0 -

Fark,
I am so tired right now, 40 minutes to go...
FFS! I just squeezed my beloved stapler and sunk a staple into my thumb. Gawd, sometimes I can be a f**kwit. Today is one of those days
