Bleeding Query Regarding 5.1 And 4

I am going to bleed my Elixir R front brake soon but I have no 5.1 in the shed. I do have Dot 4 which I know the brake can use but my question though is, can I just bleed it as normal but let the 5.1 and 4 mix or do I need to flush through all the 5.1 fluid first?

yes they can mix but you will only have the performance of dot4, ie boiling temp....not that you will notice0
