Just had a great time cycling in the alps.

In peoples experience, when is the realistic last time to plan on a late ride up the alps? mid - October??

Depends where in the alps but Val t is far too high for that time of year , the risk of snow at those altitudes would be highly likely. Sub 1800metres would be optimal so I would head elsewhere. Persona
