Hi there,
I'm trying to sell my old road/race bike (3 years), and I would be really grateful if anyone could give me some advice on how much I should look to sell it at. Its:
Specialized Ruby (carbon)
Vitesse seat
Iron man tri bars on it
Shimano wheels
Shimano 105 gear set
Continential 4000 tyres
Also if there is anyone that would like to buy it, please let me know.
Cheers,
Steph Page

£700+ depending on condition
I'd sell the tri-bars separately0 -
Thank you very much for the feedback there, here's hoping!!0

Very doubtful it's worth over £700 unless women's bikes hold their value much better than mens, I have a similar age Roubaix with Ultegra on it and I'd expect £500-600 if I sold it.0

Half of what you paid for it is always a good rule of thumb ... And by that I mean if it was bought in a sale then half of that sale price not the list price, the bike would have been discounted for a reason ...
I would wager that a women's bike could fetch more than a men's purely based on sale and demand ... My gf has sold 3 road bikes very easily and in all cases was able to get a bit more for decent wheels, saddles, tyres etc. ... In each of those cases it was the buyer not being able to get what they wanted either instore or online ...0
