If the shop hasn't fulfilled the order to your specs then go back to them to sort it out. Shimano freewheels can be had from CRC for £12 plus huge cardboard box needing a knock on the door rather than fitting through the letterbox 
They aren't totally silent but are quiet, the other option is a White Industries freewhel if you've won the lottery.
