Greetings Maggots!

For reasons beyond my understanding and control I woke up at 5AM. I have no idea why and I am not tired.
So, stupidity makes me get up, put on the kettle and sit down in the study.

I was planning an early afternoon ride at Cannock today.. perhaps I'll make it an early morning ride instead? Anyway back to bed armed with a cuppa to see if I cannot get a few extra hours sleep before the alarm clock kicks off....

  • At least I dont feel as bad now, at least I have a reason for getting up at 4:30 'work' at least it means I can hit the trails tomorrow morning on my swing shift as people head back to work :D

Up with the human alarm clock that is kids

Kitchen cleanish now after the mess of beer and mojitos, morning crud post and I can put it off no longer I am going to have to study :(

Today will be the aforementioned study, then a decent 12 mile run after that a big family night at mum and dads.

All whilst trying to avoid cleaning my mtb bike as it needs to go to the bike shop tomorrow as some fat git broke the seat post at Cannock yesterday.

    Morning crudders

Awoke at 4ish to a deluge of rain on the tent well it sounded that way, just got up as I could hear the kettle boiling so now have brew in hand. Llandegla is off the menu today after breaking the axle on the back wheel (guess I must be more awesome than I thought) so may just come home early ready for the kick off of our football season.

Too many people getting up far too early, I woke up 10 minutes ago and am now chilling out watching the news with a bowl of raisin shredded wheat and a brew.

I will be heading out on the bike in a couple of hours before coming back to take he wife on a shortish run

I might pick up some Lamb Shanks for dinner to cook with roast Veg and home made apple strudel (from the tree in my back garden) of dessert.

Dog walked, bacon filled breakfast eaten, bike ridden and both cars cleaned. Off into Clacton in a bit before the hoards of retarded tourists wake up and start populating the place, both the kids need new shoes for school.
Visit Clacton during the School holidays - it's like a never ending freak show.

Wayyy to early for me. Dredged myself out of the sack at 8.30, leisurely brekky and now deciding what the hell to do today. May try to head for the pub to see if there's some footy on this afternoon.

    hello whoresmouths.

    just had a delicious breakfast

strangely, i stepped on summat in the kitchen that suprised me: a tiny tooth which stuck right in my heel, lord knows what it came from but it must have been a rat or summat.

Ah, sorted, got back to sleep and arose at 10h30 as planned
Just had some crumpets with Marmite for breakfast and am inhaling a cup of tea.
Been jiggling data around between the workstations and server today as my Mac Pro arrives this week (yes, sometimes one processor is just not enough)

The weather's taken a turn for the worst, so I'll be keeping a eye on the weather as I do want to ride today but am not really in the mood for a "mudfest"

Feeling much better today. Been for a 5 mile spin, gave the Elite a good scrubbing, showered and now I'm at my favourite cafe/bar/cinema for lunch. Had an invite to the cinema later too.. Hard life innit?

Afternoon, had a cracking day over the chase yesterday did a full lap of the monkey for the first time (don't ask, kept diverting previously) however just come back from a sunday morning 6 hour shift doing the arduous task of PAT Testing.......which is more boring than it looks :(

Feeling rather knackered today, but I'm going to head to Coed y Brenin in a minute anyway. Then afterwards, mong out in front of the MotoGP that I recorded (It's on now), and maybe hit LA Noir on the Xbox.
  • Morning/Afternoon

Last night I watched Smurfs 3D. It was alright actually, the highlight being any little cartoon drawings that were shown, they're the real Smurfs!
Then got jiggy with a female person.
This morning we got 'The Pill'.

All in all, not a bad weekend, just a little worrying at one point :?
