Yet again, my eyes open at around 6am :x feel fucked! I'm gonna go grab breakfast then head back to bed. today will include watching of about 15 episodes of standup comedy courtesy of comedy store < sky anytime+

I'm knackered this morning. Wifey went off to bed at about 10.30 so I decided to watch Raging Bull on Sky+.

Up early to go and collect a plate compactor and then on to work...where I mainly plan to be on here

Might go for bacons in a bit.

It's someones birthday so have to go it's a social contact! Perhaps it won't be sooooo bad this time, maybe I should try something different this time and it's been over six months since I last went. As for why awkward well that's a very bad story, suffice to say that it was my fault and I don't normally have to see the individual in question however she is the sister of the birthday boy, so chances are, she'll be there. Which could make for very awkward table chat. But it's ok because I've watched a bit of through the dragons eye on you tube this morning to cheer me up! Have a nice day.

Afternoon Maggots,

I owned the alarm clock this morning, so my 10h30 alarm was overridden with me only falling out of bed at 11h30
Done some chores and heading to Cannock for an afternoon ride, it's overcast, so the trail should be damp and fast, although I do intend on doing the blue trail too just to add mileage to the ride.

About to make me some crumpets with Marmite for brunch... good honest carbohydrate rich riding food.
Also have some Tesco mini donuts to nibble en route too..

i managed to get away with not going to a house warming with wife RE so i am happy with that. i really like the owner of the house that is being warmed and im sure her fella is a decent bloke, its all of the other funkers i cant be bothered with being polite with.

wife RE isnt best pleased to be fair but in my defence: im not bothered.

currently watching the england rugby coverage and eating soup in an otherwise silent house.

Just did a double take as I saw a prostitute that was the spitting image of one of the cc regulars, I won't say who especially as I feel bad for doing the double take in the first place. I can't do a Poidh either due to rules about taking pics of hookers

all in all then, this is actually not the best annecdite, although could be a fun game to guess who you think it is

Well there are only 3 or 4 girlies that are regulars on this forum so that kinda narrows it down a bit. Also if its one of the 'stalkees' you might get a few crudites sneaking over to the 'Dam to sh@g a looky-likey

Good evening crudites

Today started with copious ammounts of meh starting with a 6am wake up in an oven of a tent after being kept awake until 2am by the scouse farkers in the next pitch but looked at the brightside more riding time. Started to get the bike ready after yesterdays ride and noticed the rear qr was slightly bent upon closer inspection it turns out I've managed to snap the threaded axle on the drive side (any one know what Mavic are like for warranty?).

After plenty of sweary time and plenty of bacon I went down to the beach with my mums fellas grandkids with the kyaks and took them out on the water and jesus my stomach muscles and shoulders are killing me after 3 hours also managed to burn my head.

Went for a drive to llandudno and ended up at happy valley where I almost died on the tobogon as I thought it'd be fun not to brake. After that took the poorly bike for a spin down the promenade so she could finally see Rhyl, when was the nuclear war and why wasn't it reported?

With the poorly bike I won't get the chance to play at degla tomorrow so may checkout colwyn bays pond shops
