Park Tools Campa Ultra Torque bearing remover... broken

Have just attempted to take the bearings off my Campag chainset with the 'Park Tool Campagnolo Bearing Puller Set - CBP3' and the tool has broken.
I placed the teeth in the correct place and then went softly-softly. The break is on one of the teeth on one of the puller arms. Grr.
Has this happened to anyone else?

    I'd get onto Park. They will almost certainly replace, and want the old one back to see what went wrong.
