Fat Birds Website?

Just ordered some clip on aero bars from Fat Birds, or at least think I did. However, I didn't get any confirmation of the order on completion ot to my email. Do they usually do this pretty much instantaneously or does it take a while for an email to come through? I don't want to hassle them with a phone call if the order has gone through but don't want to order again and end up with two!

    Confirmation from BA takes a few hours, IME, so Fat Birds isn't the only company like this. I wouldn't worry.

    Yes, but I didn't want to waste their time in chasing it if it is normal as I said in my OP. Thanks for your helpful comments though.

    Just to answer my own question, the initial order didn't process but when I re-sent it the confirmation was instantaneous.

    I knew when posting it would get that sort of reaction :lol: Couldn't think of another way to phrase it, I guess their website name is clever marketing (especially for the sorts of pervs who are into cycling from what I can tell!).

    It took a few hours to get a confirmation from some sites when ordering things, some sites do it instantaneoulsy, and some take a while. I normally give it over night before I check up on things.

    I had an issue authorising my frame purchase.. Slightly embarassing to tell the bank "Yeah, thats right i was spending £800 at Fat Birds!!"

    Some Fat birds are suprisingly fit.. shouldn't always judge so harshly :shock:
