What headset 2009 Pitch Pro? Urgent help needed

Hi,

I'm meant to be heading to Whinlatter on Sunday but after giving my bike the once over the headset is goosed.
It is a Cane Creek headset but I have no idea what model. Wiggle sell replacement bearings (no cups etc) but again, no idea which one to get.

Can anyone help (quickly) or else I'm going to have to cancel Sundays ride?

If there is an alternative to Cane Creek that'll do, as long as it doesn't break the bank.

Anything 1 1/8 inches.

I would recommend an Orbit XLII. Available almost everwhere for not that much. If you can find a split race one that will reduce your effort in swapping too.

I think that cane creek was a loose bearing model, so maybe getting some balls and grease could do the job.

I've re-greased it once already but I think that when it was loose initially some damaged was caused.

Cane creek bearings are £15 on Wiggle, just bought some unbranded versions from my LBS for £2 a pair.
Bike fixed and ready for Sunday!
