Dear timmyturboxxxx,

Very true Tim, but Dave Hinde has nothing to do with this arm of DHR Ltd. I swapped your cups for Record one's as you asked for and they left this morning. To be fair they would of left a couple of days earlier as Super Record one's had we not had the discussions over spec. I would make that clear to whoever is having a go on any website!

James

PS - They should be with you before the weekend bud.

Yup I still wouldn't touch anything Mr Hinde is involved with.

I've bought a couple of things from DHR on eBay with no problems.

In fact I had ordered some wheels. James got in touch to let me know they were not in stock & offered me an alternative. I accepted, but when they arrived I decided I wanted the originals. Sent them back with no problems and James kept me informed about my order.
The wheels arrived 2 days after they had been built by Hope.

Very impressed by the service & will have no hesitation buying from them again.

cc from buying advice thread :

James , after letting me mess around with my order as i originally bought super record cups (stupidly with no seal in them) (which members here kindly pointed out) so as they were just about to leave , i had to change them to just record , overall a good experience from fastpartsforbikes , i don't know David Hinde is , and some of you may have had awful experiences with , him , but he does not work there at all , Ask James he does , and is helpful .

    cheers Tim

I just had a run-in with James of Number1bike bits. ... The person was very rude and unhelpful.
Number1BikeBits was reincarnated as Fastpartsfor bikes as their negative feedback got even too embarrassing for them!
