Afternoon all
Today saw me in work at 7.30  never thought that would happen. It also saw me leave work at 11.30. Win. Been to see the doc about my toenail, then went to look at bike bits in the bike shop, now I'm eating sausages because I forgot to have lunch earlier.
Later I'm tidying out the bike shed, this will involve chucking out lots of old stuff and ebaying anything that still functions or looks good. I imagine this will take me ages.0 -
Afternoon, lovely but windy day here in Schieveningen, it's kind of like Rhyl would be it it were good.0

Evening.
Back to reality with a bit of a bump here in Hood town. Spent last night with THP, and we went for a drive/walkabout today which was very lovely.
Once he'd gone I thought I'd catch up with the real world. Starting to wish I hadn't, my little bubble is much nicer thank you very much.
Nottingham centre is being boarded up, several of the major shopping streets were shut down earlier today.
What with everything that's been happening over the last few years, I'm starting to wonder if the end of the world really is nigh - monsoons, famine, earthquakes, tsunami, economies collapsing, governments falling apart...on a personal level, various of my friends have experienced calamitous events - from redundancy and financial problems to deaths of people who should have 60+ years ahead of them.
Stay safe crudders x
