Unsure about disk brake rear mounts

I am thinking of purchasing a rear hydro disk brake for my bike (front was fitted for me) The brake in question is the Clarks S2 as it is very good on the front of my bike. Im just wondering wether or not it will fit the rear of the bike. The two holes are 51mm apart and i am going for the 160mm rotor so the question is...will the brake fit? Some expert advice needed here!

and yes but you will need to get the correct one on off. (a rear one).
