Are brake replacement shoes compatible?
E.g. If I have the BBB roadstop shoes can I use the ashima pads in them?

Depends on whether by shoes, you mean the metal carriers that the pads sit in.

I've not seen the BBB shoes (carriers?) that you mention, but if in doubt, you could buy a new set of Shimano carriers and pads, and once they've worn down, get the ashima shoes to fit the shimano carriers. Failing that, see if the ashima pads are available in a pad/carrier set ?

Post a pic / link of the pads you've got, and we'll be able to help more.

    Cheers.......... Matt

Unfortunately, the bbbparts site doesn't want to open at the moment, so I can't check. Sorry.
