hi guys,
looking to get a new road bike. looking to spend in the region of 800-900 depending what I get for my mountain bike. had a look at these two bikes coudl someone give me a little advice as to which is bette ror are there others I shoudl be looking at?
Looking at the Orbea Aqua TSR or TTG or the Boardman Comp.
My old bike had the sora gears which I found ok however didnt like having to move my hands up and down the bars to adjust so I would like ot go with tiagra or similar.
I like the fact the Orbea is measured up for you.
Cheers, Ross

Can't comment on the Boardman but I bought an Orbea Aqua TTG back in March and after 1500 miles I've had no problems at all.
I'm really pleased with it and like the fact that its not the most common bike in that price range on the road.
Not sure what you mean about being measured up though? Unless you mean the bike fitting you get in the shop which is standard for all bikes in all good bike shops I'd have thought?
Anyway, its a +1 for the Orbea from me. Good luck with your choice.0 -
thanks Mark, I was meaning that they measure body geometrey etc which is new to me as I only have bought off Edinburgh bike sin the past where they look at you - give the off the self bike and off you go. With the Orbea you seem to be able to adjust bits and pices. Probably sales talk but sounds pretty good service for the cash0
