Just did this at the weekend. Really enjoyable 40 mile loop. Stuck mostly to the No Fuss Event route, though took a small detour onto the start of the dismantked railway, now I know ehy the No Fuss route does not go that way! Was pretty muddy and had and errr interesting river crossing.
We started in Kinlochleven, and the climb and views up from there past Mamore lodge were superb. After the river crossing at Meanach Both (was ok, quite low level, but still half way to knees and wet feet) there is a hikey bike section for about 5 km. But a superb downhill after this.
The WHW back to Kinlochleven from Fort Bill is a bit rocky, but well cyclable. Crazy descent into KLL though!! Brilliant fun.
