Route advice - London to Stansted Airport

I need to ride from London (City) to Stansted Airport tomorrow evening. Can anyone recommend a nice route?
Pannier, 120rpm.

    Up the A1010, then the B176 and A1170 through Hoddesdon, then through Stansted Abbotts and Bishops Stortford.

    I've sort of done it, at least as far as the long stay car park - basically once you get outside the M25 it's pleasant enough.

    Depending on where you're coming from, you might want to head a little east or west, though. Heading up through Epping and skirting around Harlow is also good, but I don't know those roads as well.
