i cant find a service manual on the marzocchi site but i have been able to find a few pages from other sites

is there anythign i should be aware of when i open them up?

The link appears to be broken, doesn't work on my iPhone, google search and people have said the internals are similar to this:

    http://enduroforkseals.com/id27.html

That's for the Marzocchi Marathon forks.

I can usually open them though and save to iBooks to read later as I have with most of the tech sheets that I use. Perhaps if the OP can't find it in the list you could link to it here for him?

it works fine on 2 operating system and 2 browsers.

just stripped the forks, it seems pretty easy to be honest

took out grub screws from top screws (adjusters) removed top plugs

removed alloy bolt from inside legs

    drained oil

remove nut from bottom of each leg

    pulled out sliders

    all currently draining old oil

speaking of which, the old oil is like soup an stinks....bad times

thansk for that link to the endoro people, but they are not my forks, mine doesn't have the air valve

Im an idiot ok i said it

when i stripped the forks i removed the check nut from off the top of the cartridges...!! does anyone have any ideas of how tight these are done up?

the check nut is the alloy nut that goes on top of the springs in each legs, i can get pics if needed

    pretty please :)
