morning goat herders, how its going? good weekend everyone?

I need to get the specialized serviced this week as its starting to fall apart on my, literally! Lost two chainring bolts the other day and its getting a little frustratin, my maintenance is obviously not very thorough!

This week is a three day week as i'm off to the fringe festival on thursday night, woop woop!!

MissK's Grand dude is now doing very well after his double heart attack nonsense the other week. One of the nurses was being very rude to him when we arrived, she hadnt seen we had got there and he was trying to go for a pee in a bottle without help, and she was telling him he wasnt allowed to (wtf - hes had a heart attack, he isnt a retard)
    but anyway cue the following response from the big man;

"i have never required help to pass water and i shan't be needing your help now, when i do need help you'll be the first to know as i will have died and my body will be ejecting bodily fluids without my knowledge. And one other thing my name is Denis and not love or sweet heart."

I have so much respect for him its untrue, the man has survived wars, outlived 2 of his three children and his wife and still manages to hold a sense of pride and most importantly has a sense of humour! LEGEND!

    Morning life forms

Day of nothing today. Well nothing important and nothing I have to do if I don't want to, so I'll do stuff that I want to. This will most likely include:

    Riding the bike
    Cleaning the bike
    Eating food
    Fixing my mates bike
    Playing tennis

Anyway I'm off to get my baconz

A breakfast of Boiled eggs (whites only) and no bacon, and am now waiting for the post and some bloke to come and survey the trees in my garden for cutting down. Once this is done I will be attempting a half marathon (13.1 miles) in training for a full marathon in October and then suffering for the rest of the day whilst playing CoD. :?

I might have bacon and chicken in white wine with udon noodles for dinner. :D

    Greetings Maggots,

I am pleased to say I had an awesome weekend!
Home based today, it's just stopped raining and the sun's come out :¬)
Not much on the cards today, but I may just bolt a few more parts on to the On-One 456 build that I'm busy with.

+potato, although if I were him I'd have just pissed all over her tattybojangles and then blamed her interfering and told her it was awkward to aim with a semi.

Ok - half marathon done in just over 2 hrs (slower that I wanted) and now have a banging head ache and feel a bit ill. Going to take on fluids for the rest of the day and play CoD whilst trying not to throw up!

    Afternoon rejects.

I'm currently travelling back from London on the train. No, it's not been me setting fire to police cars. The rest of my afternoon involves bacon, beer, more bacon and maybe catching flies whilst sat on my sofa.

    Afternoon
    Epic weekend was epic.

although waking up to find sick in my hair was, frankly, not very epic.

Week off... seeing THP tonight, wonder if we'll be in bed for 14 hours like last Thursday....

i have spent nearly all day thinking about bikes and the possibility of building one myself, this is after seeing someone post a picture of the Stanton Slackline 853 earlier (i want that but it probably isnt what i need).

Now starts the wish list and the saving i think, i havent saved for anything in a very long time, but better start now i suppose.

I want to set up a hardtail with a 1x9 setup and some 130 forks but i think i will get over excited and splaff "2k on it in the end and that is not ideal!

    The plotting continues

Lazy day for me. I got back from the 661 Gravity Enduro last night and it was great! Came away with a win as I was the only under 18 there! I punctured in the first stage and took it easy in all the others too as I had no reason to race as I was guaranteed a win anyway. I had a nasty crash in practise as my foot caught a stray root sending me over the bars. I hurt my wrist adn also my shoulder. I managed to do my seeding run and race anyway but with the wrist strapped up securely by the medics.

I came away with over £100 worth of prizes in the form of a coaching session voucher and £20 to spend at Leisure Lakes. I'll be at the next round in Afan too so hopefully I'll see some of of you cheesewands there :P

basically that. Some bloke got shot by the fuzz and theyre using that as an excuse to burn buildings and get new TV's for free, mainly targeting Trainer shops and electrical shops.
a few of my covered buildings were hit last night. put it this way, one of them was a mobile phone shop, Grrr fight the establishment while getting a new phone

Shot for shooting several other people and dealing in substances more potent than a bit of mary (apparently). Lewisham's gone up tonight.

Funnily enough London has more cuntmonkeygimps per square mile than anywhere else, even Manchester. Unfortunately when you see the photos of the people looting, they've either got some serious spray tan or they're not doing much to improve the Daily Hate reading middle class' view.
Visit Clacton during the School holidays - it's like a never ending freak show.

There's a lot of talk about solutions to these riots, mine involves a final send off for the Trident missiles and the biggest firework display since the dawn of the millennium !

My suggestion is remove health and safety regulations and natural selection will catch them out.

Just been told they're looting Bently Bridge in wolves, great if they want donnay socks and balsa wood from hobbycraft.

See this is what happens when I leave the country for a few days, you can't be trusted to play nice
