I have a Trek hybrid which i love more than cake and tea. It rides like a dream and is as comfy as laying on a bed of chickens. I also have a Dawes 300 2011 which looks fantastic rides ok (nothing to compare it too).

Trouble is i just can't get comfy on the Dawes, the size is right and i have even flipped the stem adjusted the seat and Googeld till my fingers bled.

I don't have any pain when i cycle, i just don't feel as comfy as i do on my Trek. Is it a case of getting used to a different rideing posistion?

PS sorry about the typing. Snake keeps on climbing on me.

(It's a girl thing)

Well I've heard many things about bikes being comfy but that is the best one yet :D

Your Trek will most likely be a more relaxed type of bike, longer wheelbase, shorter top tube, higher handlebars, bigger tyres, saddle shaped like a chicken !!

The Dawes is more agressive / racy, short wheelbase, long top tube, thinner tyres, saddle shaped like the beak of a chicken perhaps !!

Sell the Dawes and keep riding the Trek :D
He is not the messiah, he is a very naughty boy !!
