Morning, the birds are swaying the trees are singing my head hurts. Far too much Johnny Walker last night and had to get up this morn to switch rooms.

Morning Maggots,
My mate's left and is heading back to Exeter, where he lives.
After our epic fail of a ride yesterday (he had manflu and a big crash @ Cannock) I think I'll be heading back there today to get some mileage in
Other than that, yea, I'll make the rest of the day up as it progresses, after all, isn't that what Sundays are for?0 -
i need to wash the tiger face paint off and get some brrrrreakfast in me, stat.
i feel remarkably well but am wondering if there will be any fall out from singing kenny rodgers at the CO through a loud hailer yesterday when i get back to work tomorrow.0 -

Now off to France for two weeks
Todays a good dayI'm going to blow the bank on a new build ( within reason ) NOW DONE!!

After what felt like a successful attempt to fix the gears on my bike, the success continued on the trail during an adventure of the area nearby Wyre forest, having rode around for ages along some admittedly fun tracks some locals (any Lyndsky Ti hardtail riders on here sure there are) guided us to a little track called the "45", good grief any doubt in it's technicality or fear factor came back to slap us in the face it was bloody awesome !
And the best bit was not one slip up with the gears, which isn't bad for a hasty first go at setting shimano shadow mechs !0 -

It's because Shimano is better than SRAM0 -
