No, that will do fine, thank you ever so much. Still none the wiser though but perhaps this is for the best.

I think it's great you're all fine. I really do.

But a lot of posts from "One Man..." seem to mention how much sex he's having every spare minute. Either with very clear text or in some cryptic prose.

    And it's boring.

I mean, fucks sake, how old are we? All but a few saps are getting some action, but we don't start threads alluding to it!

You don't think your fawning, over eagerness to congratulate DD on her flimsy riposte makes you come across like a toadying brown noser?

Fair enough, perhaps the dictionary is wrong.

No popcorn for me thanks, doesn't provide me with the required calories atm...

Jim, this is a first for me to openly reply directly to you but I took offence at one part of your post on OMAHB's light hearted thread, which is very much unlike me, as I like to let the keyboard warriers remarks wash over me. You have no idea what my relationship was/is with Flash so I suggest very strongly that you leave it at that.

And no, sorry Smokin Joe, no pics this time

I only know the little I do about the whole sorry train wreck of a situation because you and others involved choose to 'live' it in tedious detail on a public forum on the Internet.

Perhaps, if you'd prefer idiots like me not to comment then keep the private or sensitive stuff to yourselves.

I really did not intend any offence but will continue to treat all the juvenile sub sixthform innuendo and bragging with the utter contempt it obviously deserves. Whether 'strongly' advised not to or not.

Apologies for any bad feeling caused.

What the f**k has been going on? Did I miss everything whilst I was playing in the ProRace section during the TdF?

Me too. The TdF has realy messed up my trawling on BR. There's this and some magic threads on Road Beginners plus a true 18 page classic on Crudcatcher :?

I've never been on Crudcatcher before but if they are all like the thread about motorised cycles, I must return.

Remember, none of this is real; is it?

This is the Cake Stop, the tone was lowered long before I started posting here and a LOT of the threads revolve around smut, sexually orientated joking and tongue in cheek humour. I'm not the most prolific poster here nor am I the only one posting innuendo or references to "getting some" so I find it funny you paint me as the main target, but I have an odd sense of humour, especially when I have hardly posted anything that detailed or explicit.

I post here for MY amusement and enjoyment and to partake in some of the threads created by certain other posters who also post threads or have conversations of a certain level which this sub section of the forum exists for.

If you don't like my posts or those of the others who engage in this kind of humour and are having a laugh why enter the threads, I mean it's not exactly difficult to spot a thread by someone who you know usually posts something you will find offensive or cringe worthy, you are not forced to read them, it's easy enough to avoid them, so instead of insisting others show some restraint how about you do that very thing?

    One Man.

I liked your first instalment of the God Bother's [sic] thread so obviously I checked into the sequel! I like your treatment of door-knockers (they deserve no better), but I don't really think it needed punctuating with some of the detail.

And I'm no prude. I love a bit of action as much as the next man or woman and I'll enjoy Aggie Boy's tits (well not his own) when he posts them..But I think anyone posting these kinds of details about their own personal life is a bit OTT on here.

That is my opinion. I'm not offended, I didn't mean to cause offence either. I was just merely trying to point out how it might be advisable to curb the details.

  • As I said, there was hardly any detail, just enough of a hint to explain the situation and why more Bible thumpers arriving at the door wasn't ideally timed (is it ever?) and because it was bloody funny.

The comment about DD being tied to the bed has been a long running joke between several posters of this forum and even that in itself is hardly earth shatteringly explicit as it could have been for a multitude of reasons. I hold my hand up and openly and freely admit it was meant to suggest but it was scant enough on detail to allow people to venture further thought on it or not at their own choosing.

Yeah, I was sporting trouser action but seriously, the events wouldn't have been nearly as funny without that detail, trust me, I left more than enough detail out if I should have wanted to make people cringe or gain rather a lot of attention if I wanted to have done so. This is a bike forum, and while this is a sub section designed for less serious stuff (which both GB threads are) and I'm guessing at this rate more to follow... I'm not in the habit of posting pure adult content somewhere like this and if I am going to do something like that I'd pick a much better venue with a far more appreciative and understanding audience.

I am glad you enjoyed the original post and sorry the sequel did not hit the same mark but I posted what happened (Or as much as I was prepared to do so here) as we (DD & I) were in utter hysterics and thought it may also amuse some others.

After reading this bizare thread I fail to see how OMAHB and DD have any grounds for concern. Whilst Jim was maybe a little 'direct' you can't really broadcast all the stuff you do and then kick off about someone else talking about it.

Personally I always reguarded it as a lot of attention seeking. Looks like it has backfired a bit though.

    Still, you live and learn.
