160mm to 180mm rotor

I have looked through the FAQ section on brake mounts, and i am still unclear, so.... i want to change my 160mm front rotor to a 180mm. Forks Suntour Epicon air , Brakes Avid Juicy 3's, Bike 2011 Boardman MTB comp.
What adaptor do i need please?

Its 51mm IS, and there is an existing adaptor between the fork and the caliper.0

Sorry to sound a bit thick, but are you saying the caliper is a PM.
I'm sure i'm making it more complicated than it really is. Are all Avid Juicy 3's post mount calipers then? :?0 -
