Has anyone got one of these or tried one? want to buy one but unsure of the wright ups about it not being good for peddaling. I am not a big fan of epic rides anyway and would only use it for trips to trail centres.

anybody got any feedback??

Not a good bike for trail centres, it's a DH bike

If you want to ride proper DH and get an uplift back up then yes it is a very good bike

  • Squarepants has one and rides it rounds trail centres, but we have the Cwmcarn DH on the doorstep along with quite a few of piste DH tracks in the woods.

Tis 18sp so gives you a chance to ride back to the top of the hill to have another go if there isn't and uplift.

I've just bought a similarly heavy and length travel to compliment my 120mm hardtail. Probably couldn't cope with a "big rig" for every day personally though!
