Can a roter be comtaminated ?

After cleaning and numerous sets of pads and cleaning of the roters with muc off disc cleaner still my deore brakes lack power and sound like a feild full of wild boar.Whats the answer can the roter be beyond cleaning with comtamination.Each time ive used sintered organic and kevlar pads and still no diff the pad glazes over quickly.Help

nope. sounds like a pad issue.

or the pads just still need bedding it. or the cleaner is not that good.
