fox talas not locking out

Hi i just bought a second hand giant with fox talas 32. But with the lock out force all the way clockwise and with the fork being locked out there is no diffrence from not being locked out. Is there anything i can do to try and fix this or is it a case of getting them serviced. Thannks nick

    I experienced something like this. In addition, the lock-out would come into play about 1.5 inches into the travel. Sometimes to locked without me turning it on. A service @ Mojo sorted it, but you may have other issues that take it over the usual service cost. Best to call Mojo for a heads up on probable cause and action.
