Hi
thinking of upgrading my CXP22's with Specialized hubs for something nicer :D and lighter, theres not much wrong with them, I just fancy something nicer, thinking about the rs80's/Mavic Ksyrium but they are a bit pricey and wondered if there is anything worth having for a little less which will be an upgrade on the stock wheels and look good. I'm around 90 kgs (lardy ) so nothing too fagile :P

Mavic Aksiums, Planet X Model B's or Shimano RS10's.

All better than the stock CXP's and can all be had for under £100 if you shop around and get lucky.

    Ksyrium's and\or RS80's would be nicer though...

    Yeah, there's a few:

    Ultegra 6700 (wheels)
    Fulcrum racing 5's
    PX Model B's
    RS 20's

(RS 30's look ''good'' - although they do have slightly weighty rims)

I went from the cxp 22's to aksiums and they made a big difference, roll a lot smoother and seem less draggy

I have same bike and got some Fulcrum Racing 5's for about £180.
