'Corroded' brake levers

My Ultegra SL brake / shifter levers have developed a slight 'crazing' that looks like sweat has penetrated the surface finish. Everything still works it just looks a bit crap as the SL's have an ice grey finish and the 'crazing' is silver. I thought the anodised finish would be up to protecting from sweaty hands.

Is it possible to just buy replacement lever blades without the shifter / brake mechanism?

What can I do to prevent this happening in future?
