Spare straps for rear mounted carrier?

Hi All
Does anyone know where I could get hold of 2 spare straps with the hooks for a rear mounted bike carrier? In an attempt to steal mine, someone cut the bottom straps with a knife before being interrupted.
Its the hooks which fasten the carrier to the bottom of the tail-gate I need.
Its quite an old 3 bike carrier, the cut straps are webbing with a flat hook which attaches under the metal of the rear door, with a metal buckle which you then pull the other end of the webbing through to tighten.
I have looked in halfrauds (who do the hook/webbing thing without the metal buckle to tighten) and contacted a couple of manufacturers (still waiting for their response).
Appreciate any advice / help.
