    Having re read this

    I will give you an example.

    If I use my £2k AV receiver with standard over ear phones it is acceptable.

    If I use the X Can amplifier with the grados massive difference.

    Both are fit for purpose but using some specifically designed has a much rewarding experience. Just my view on this.
