Hi - my new frame arrived - a warranty replacement for a 2008 s-works roubaix - it's the latest 2011 model S-Works Roubaix SL3 - a few changes from the old one - the tubes are MASSIVE! - huge down tube and bottom-bracket and yet my medium frame weighed just 980g on my kitchen scales!!
Spec is as follows:
2011 S-Works Roubaix SL3
2008 Campag Record 10sp
Campag Eurus wheels with pro-race3 tyres
time RSX carbon pedals
Cinelli Neo-morphe carbon bars

specialized are awesome to deal with - this is my 3rd S-Works - see here:

(you can start on page 9 for ease!)

    yeah, the tyres split opinion.....

they actualy look better on this one than the previous colourscheme!

I don't mind 'em - they'll see me through the rest of the season and then probably go back to "conventional" red next year
  • (well if you ran shimano then you wouldn't get that 13 tooth problem now, would you? )

yeah... the whole thing is build for shitmano - thats what the US folks said actually

and even this new one, the cable stops for the internal routing is based on the new (and very thin) chimpmano SLR cables - which are thinner than the 4.1mm dia externals of the campag cables.

i agree, but i love shimano....i dunno why, must be cus i'm asian ;)

wouldn't say no to your bike though. i actually think the baby blue tyres and thick silver wheels make an interesting contrast to the red F&F. would still prefer black/red tyres though!

hey thanks! - it was the contrast i was going for - it always used to have the red / black tyres and i thought "why not"

(that and they were, like, a few quid cheaper)

i can't stand it when places discount some colours/sizes and not others, and when they then put "from £...". it *beeps* me right off!
